As most of our clothing is made-to-order, we have a lead-time of 2 weeks – from time of order to shipping – to ensure that the garment can be made to our quality standard and that we have time to make any requested alterations. Often times, your order will be ready well within this period, however please let us know if the order is time-sensitive and we will do our best to work within your time frame.
Refunds + Exchanges
Because of the nature of our production model, we do not currently offer refunds on purchases, however if a garment is not quite right for you, we will happily offer to exchange the garment or provide store credit for future use!
While we do offer free alterations on garments when purchased in our brick-and-mortar shop, please note that alterations to online purchases will be limited to adjusting the length of the garment.
Please note the length that you would like in the “notes” section of the order page (please provide the length in inches, as measured in your in-seam. There are many tutorials available online if you are not familiar with this process!) All other alterations may be requested prior to placing your order and will be subject to an additional fee.
