Each piece of Leka clothing is made-to-order. All garments are made at our Victoria, BC Atelier by our expert dressmakers. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your garment to be made before it is ready for in-store pick up or shipping.

For online purchases, we can customize the length of a garment up to 4” at no additional cost––anything beyond that will be an additional fee.

Any adjustment under 4", please note the length that you would like in the “notes” section of the order page––please provide the length in inches, as measured in your in-seam (there are great tutorials online if you’re unsure how to do this!).

Any further modifications can only be made on in store purchases (or if very simple adjustments, can be discussed over email), and include extra fees.

All custom made garments are final sale.

For standard, non-customized garments we offer exchange or store credit within 14 days of your purchase. If an item was made to order, 14 days from notification for pickup, or day item was received, if shipped.

Returned items will only be accepted in the condition they were received in: unwashed and unworn, with original tags (if applicable). If the item is returned with stains, pet hair or strong odor, it will be returned to the customer and will be considered final sale. When shipping back to the studio, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping cost, and the package must be tracked.

All customized items and sale items are FINAL SALE, meaning no returns, exchanges or store credit, so please look at sizing carefully before purchase.
